We have different payment options available to you. We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks. We can also assist you in applying for financing through CareCredit. Click here for more information.

Our financial coordinator is available to speak with you and answer any questions regarding payment.

Insurance Billing
We accept most PPO plans, Healthy Families, and Medi-Cal. We do not participate with any HMO plans.

As a courtesy to you, we will gladly assist you in the processing of insurance claims, for which we require all necessary information to determine your eligibility, benefits, and coverage. All insurance companies have different policies, and we cannot determine the percentage of your treatment your provider will pay. We can estimate how much the insurance company should pay, however, your insurance company will determine the actual amount. It is your responsibility to make the payment in full for the services rendered.

Broken Appointments
We make an effort to schedule your appointments at times that best suit you but understand that unexpected events sometimes occur. Since each procedure is different and requires specific time allotment and equipment setup, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time if you are unable to come to our office. You may call our number and leave a message at any time, stating the date and time of your appointment. If we do not receive a 24-hour notice of cancellation, a broken appointment fee will apply.
